We're not a regular networking group - we're a cool one.
That Woman Networking was borne of an irrepressible urge to shake things up a bit in what can often be a daunting, sometimes stale and commonly excessively corporate sphere.
Founder, Kim Antrobus saw an opportunity to create something fresh, inclusive, exciting and a little bit different without negating the overall goal: making new business connections and boosting your brand visibility. We all want to see a return on our investment, right?
Having networked for almost 20 years, Kim felt like the social listening she had done should be combined with her naturally warm personality and creative flair to create a new way to network and connect. There isn't really anything new under the sun, but Kim's brand of charm, authenticity and community focus was enough to garner the interest of fellow entrepreneurs connected with her.
Some 70 plus attendees had signed up to be present at the Launch Party on 18th September 2025 at the Waterfront Southport Hotel. This is just the beginning. Join us in building something fun and inspirational, while also doing business!
Business doesn't need to be boring!
Steering away from the often crtiqued "cliquey" world of women’s networking, Kim linked arms with other enterpreneurs and businesses to bring her vision to life, rebuild it into something powerful, inclusive and unapologetically fun. We said goodbye to boring intros and salesy / boring AF 60-second pitches and created spaces where women and allies connect like humans first - then do business based on genuine connection, integrity and rapport.

Our launch event was a sell-out
Instagram reach (December 2025) soared past 65k, with our That Woman account growing by 216 new followers around the event (not bad for a very new account with purely organic growth)
Facebook visibility exploded - over 116k views and 11k engagements in a single month
LinkedIn activity drove hundreds of profile visits and conversations
THE REAL WIN?
Sponsors and attendees flooded social media with our content, tagging, sharing and celebrating together. Everyone’s reach expanded - a visibility ripple effect that extended far beyond the room.

Standard ticket prices are £47 (non-members) and you can exhibit for just £111 (non-members). Tables are available for £411 (non-members) for 9 people.
